Delivery Policy
We deliver all over Dubai, via third party.
We require 24 hours’ notice as all the products are freshly made. You can choose the time slots of 12PM-3PM & 3PM-6PM
Delivery fee of AED15 across Dubai, no delivery charges for orders above AED150.
Please provide your full address for accurate and efficient delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Replacement
We accept replacement if the products are received in damaged condition or wrong product sent. Replacement will be free of charge. Please support the claim with photos or video
Refund
There is zero refund policy except when cancellations are made within the permitted time mentioned.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be done within 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. The amount will be refunded within 10 working days. Please contact us by email for cancellation.

Although we use carefully selected ingredients and processes for food production, we can not gaurantee our food is Allergen-free. Made in the same facility that handles wheat, dairy, nuts and other allergens.
